MOTORCYCLE REAR-ENDS VICTORY BUS IN SAN ANTONIO

SAN ANTONIO, ZAMBALES – A motorcycle rear-ended a Victory bus at the National Road in Barangay Rizal of this town on November 17.
In a memo by San Antonio Police OIC PSInsp. Jonathan Bardaje to ZPPO chief Police Sr. Supt. Felix Verbo Jr., a black motorcycle driven by Prodencio Estrada Jr. y Arca hit the rear end of a Victory Liner bus driven by 39-year-old Gilberto Ugay y Ganas.
The incident happened along the National Road in Purok 4, Barangay Rizal at around 11:30pm as both vehicles were southbound. The bus stopped at a waiting shed to pick up some passengers when the motorcycle that was also southbound, hit the back of the bus.
The motorcycle skidded on the road as the driver sustained injuries, and was later brought to the San Marcelino District Hospital for medical treatment.
